Confusing for users when loading a .txt file

Description

For many file formats, especially the bibliometric ones, if you don't explicitly change the file extension to the one we like it is .txt by default (for instance, endnote exports all their non-binary output as .txt). Users are going to be trying to load .txt files all the time. When they do this, ideally we would let them choose the format of the file from a list, but as a minimum we need to give them a hint that they need to rename their file extension to something else.
