Timeline

  • Make a formal NWB pre-1.0.0 release before the end of June
    • Release a set of draft tutorial cover DND and various Scientometrics pipeline
    • Continue improving NWB community wiki algorithm description (everyone, please list your name on the page you contribute to.)
  • Make another pre release before the end of July
  • Make a final NWB v1.0.0 release in August

Review & To Do List

  • We went through NWB Task List. Micah and Tim made nice progress in the past several months.
  • Bonnie will include all new plugs and create an internal build today. Then everyone will begin to test the new complete release
  • Tim works on DND tutorial and wiki (please give bonnie the draft on Wed or Thu)
  • Micah, please prepare five sample csv files generated by nwb tool (convert from endnotes, bibtex, scopus, nsf, isi) and write a brief summary about the csv format so that IVL team can use it as a guide to implement functionality of loading and exporting csv files
  • Bonnie, Micah and Tim will write a bunch of tutorials.
  • Suggest to remove GUESS GUI since it does not work.
  • Need to follow up NWB tasks on Russell's desk.
  • Need Russell to integrate two community detection algs and flow map vis to the nwb tool.
  • Need to follow up Duygu's algorithm implementation status.
  • Need to setup webx and ask Mark to contact NWB advisory board members to schedule the demo.
  • Need to setup webx and setup demo schedule for nwb major user group (Binhui Jin, Zhixiong Zhang, ...)
  • Bonnie is responsible to create the build and Micah is the backup.
